BLME moves up Islamic sukuk ranks - 23rd Jul 2012

Bank of London and The Middle East moved up from the third slot in the fourth quarter of 2011 to the top in the first quarter of this year with a quarterly return of 3.18% recorded by its Sharia’a Umbrella SICAV-SIF- USD High Yield Fund. All the top performers in the Islamic sukuk funds category have a diversified portfolio and the sector has returned an average of 1.47%.
